Normal Deliveries usually takes 2-3 working days while Expedited Deliveries will take 1 working day.

Yes. An invoice will be sent to your registered email address. You can always request for a copy by sending us an email at sales@i13beauty.com.

Yes. Refund is possible. You can check our Delivery and Return policy for more information.

Delivery charges will depend on your location and it will be included from the total amount when you check out of our shop/store.

We are currently unable to provide tracking information for your orders. We are available for you through email and call, though.
