Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can only be cancelled on the same day they were placed.
2. If cancellation is requested after the same day the order was placed, delivery should be refused upon arrival.
3. Delivery charges are non-refundable if the order is cancelled a day after it was initially placed.
4. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to sales@i13beauty.com. Cancellation requests will be accepted upon receipt of this email.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy

Return Period: Customers may return items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is sealed and has not been opened.

c. Your return request will be reviewed, and if it meets our criteria, we will send you an acceptance notification.
Return Acceptance: Upon acceptance of your return request, you have 2 days to return the item to the specified return address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15-30 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order on our website.
